City of Golden Friendship

The City of Golden Friendship that’s what they call Cagayan de Oro City. It is the leading city of Northern Mindanao . Popular destinations are Macahambus Cave and Gorge, Whitewater Rafting (my hubby enjoyed this adventure), San Agustin Cathedral (known for its century old stained glass), Gaston Park (it use to be the training and relaxing area for soldiers), Gardens of Malasag Eco-Tourism (offers great view and you can stay overnight), Plaza Divisoria (Night café every Friday and Saturday where you can eat grilled foods, they have bazaar and concerts of local bands), Pueblo de Oro (I.T. or business area in the City), and Limketkai Mall (if you want to go shopping).
