Bataan is known for its amazing heritage, culture and history. It is in Bataan where the Zero Km. Death March begun. Interesting places to visit in Bataan are: Dambana ng Kagitingan or Shrine of Valor (was built in commemoration of the soldiers who risk their lives for the country against the Japanese in World War II), Sto. Domingo Abucay Church (was built in 1587 and inspiration by Spanish architecture), Philippine-Japanese Friendship Tower (mark of settlement, peace and friendship among Philippines and Japan after the War), Dinalupihan Natural Park (natural virgin forest where family and friends can enjoy their picnics or even camping. Best place to hike and trekking), Sibul Spring, Mt. Natib , and Balon Anito (dead volcano). Photo Credit by: dudztorres
