Cross-Train

One of the most prevalent reasons to stop working out is boredom, and one of the most effective reasons to combat that is to vary your workouts. If you’re primarily a runner, exercise your other muscle groups by jumping rope or going in-line skating. If you’re a basketball player, you can try martial arts. The important thing is to not stop working out. Rather substitute your usual routine for something else once in a while.
