Service Intelligence

Are you familiar with mystery shopping? I remember when I was in the bookstore reading a book and I wonder why one of the customer keeps on following me and later I found out that man was from intelligence. They are in disguise so that the customer can’t recognize that they are in duty. Service Intelligence has been started since 1992. There are known at their fair and evaluations.
