Squash Soup

Squash is a good source of vitamin A and so we can have squash soup for dinner. We heat to a boiling point the combination of light cream, milk and bay leaf. Add the sieved squash and celery and then mix well. For the meantime, we melt the butter and blend in flour and salt. We gradually add the milk mixture and cook overlow heat, stirring constantly until thickened. There you have soup which is very nutritious.
