Favorite Terrorists Target: Journalists

Since the year 2000, journalists, both local and foreign have been the favorite targets of Abu Sayyaf bandits in the Philippines. These journalists were just there to have an interview but instead they were held captives in their stronghold. For whatever intentions the Abbus have, these journalists are usually released after a long time. By now, there are already 20 journalists abducted.
