I have started my strenuous exercise about seven weeks ago but I didn’t see any result wither I lose weight or not. I need a
quick weight loss because I am going to attend a wedding. My dress is little bit sexy so I need to lose weight soon. Anybody here can tell me how to slim down quickly? Please help me.

The Survivor Method seems to work fairly quickly-eat little and work out a lot. I have lost weight in the past by taking a bicycle trip and riding fifty to sixty miles a day.
Of course, short of liposuction there is no instant way to loose weight.
