Acne Problem

I am almost 35 years old, and since when I was in teenager I have been having this facial acne problem. An acne treatment doesn’t help and I have tried a lot of products but I didn’t see any result. I am planning to go to the dermatologist but I don’t have enough budget yet. For right now, I bought an acne treatment from online; I hope this would work in my skin.
