I have a nephew named Martin who is seven years old. He is always so engrossed in anything he does. When he watches TV, he is in spellbound attention. Same is true when he is doing computer games. It sometimes gets irritating because you have to call out his name several times before he turns to you. However, when you call him and there is an interesting phrase that follows like: “Martin, come and get your ice cream.” You can bet that you’ll just have to call him twice and he’ll be rushing to you.
