The fortress-like Timmangtang Rock is found along the coast of Barangay Balaoi, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. When the tide is low during summer time, you can hike and go to this rock and enjoy the cool sea breeze and witness the blue water and distant horizon. If you are more adventurous you can enjoy mountain climbing, banca sailing and can even explore the cave beneath the blue waters.
