Problem With the Boss

My friend complained to me that they hardly had any sleep; their team was understaffed, over-worked and completely demoralized. Why? It’s because their leader was completely discouraged and wanted to quit. He wanted to leave but cannot not for that time anyway. He abhorred the leadership style of his boss. He did a good job of making this leader doubt himself. He live in a total hellhole. Now he want to see the exit sign because he wanted to escape. Good thing, there was another that he can make an exit. As for me, it is not good to walk out with your boss. I think that is rude though.
