acne treatments

I have been looking for acne treatments but I don't which one because there are too much in the market these days. I also use several products like from sacylic acid to benozoyol peroxide but it didn't work in my skin. Does anyone here knows or recommend what is the best pimple or acne treatment? Your help is really much appreciated.
