In the Philippines, almost everybody has cell phones. Even children as early as age seven years old are given cell phone by their parents. In the past around ten years ago only those who can afford or professional people can buy cell phones. But now even street vendors has one because prices of cell phones are very low already. One can even buy one at P500.00.
