I have a cousin who worked as a medical representative. One day I saw her in one of the clinics in the hospital, I noticed her big bag. I mean big-- bigger than a handbag. He-he-he. While waiting, I asked her what’s inside her bag. She opened her bag and pullout some sample of medicines, prescription pads, and lots of promotional pens. They always bring these things as a giveaway to their doctors.
